Discusses the Nike ELS Tennis camp and how this can help with UK/US admissions

The University of San Diego hosts the Nike ELS Tennis camp during the summer. This fun-filled study abroad experience combines rigorous tennis instruction and play with an immersive English language curriculum. Students aged 9 to 18 from around the world participate in this camp every year, and the small staff-to-student ratio ensures that instruction is smooth and effective. Studying abroad doesn’t have to be all class, all day. In fact, sports camps like this one are also a great way for students to avoid burnout. They can also be a great way for students to develop talents they would not otherwise practice in the classroom.

"Featuring up to 20 hours of tennis instruction and play per week, [the camp curriculum] includes a combination of drills, match play, strategy sessions, along with a flighted tournament each week. This tennis camp is perfect for the developing or accomplished player. 6:1 camper to coach ratio. " (US Sports Camps)
